The BTS’UP Educational Pathway is a preparatory programme for the national BTS diploma, fully integrated within a leading business school: IDRAC Business School. This pathway combines academic excellence with personalised support to help students build a meaningful professional project.

Prérequis

Open to holders of, or candidates for, the Baccalauréat (general, technological, or vocational). Application process: Online registration and application via Parcoursup® for the work-study track; admission based on academic file review for the full-time track | No parallel admission available.

Objectives of the BTS NDRC

The BTS NDRC graduate is a generalist sales professional who implements a commercial and marketing strategy to build close customer relationships. They manage multiple points of contact as part of an omnichannel strategy and have a strong digital culture. They support the customer throughout the entire sales process, intervening before, during, and after the purchase.

Overwiew

The BTS NDRC enables candidates to understand all the challenges related to customer relationship management.

As part of an omnichannel strategy, the BTS NDRC graduate is expected to:

Manage the various points of contact to ensure closer relationships with clients

Propose solutions tailored to client needs for long-term and reliable relationships

Objective: Be able to manage the entire customer relationship, from prospecting to loyalty, in-person, remotely, and/or online.

Core Principles of the BTS in Negotiation and Digitalisation of Customer Relations (NDRC)

  • Learn to create and interpret messages or situations based on writing skills, effective oral communication, and reading and reflecting on the contemporary world.
  • Participate in the Projet Voltaire programme.
  • Discover key indicators and dashboards, economic circuits and balances, as well as the regulatory tools of the European Union.
  • Learn the fundamental legal mechanisms, legal frameworks, and inter-company labor relations.
  • Analyse management situations and theories within organisations.

English and a second foreign language (LV2)

  • Producing sales support tools (print materials, sales scripts, online tools…)
  • Supporting digital visibility (online commercial animation, e-reputation)

Tuition Fees – September 2026 Intake

Tuition Fees :

>  1st and 2nd year: €6,000 (i.e., €3,000 per year)

1st and 2nd year: €15,000 (€7,500 per year)

Schedule: 3 days in the company, 2 days of training

Contract Type: Apprenticeship contract or professionalisation contract

Training costs for the work-study track (apprenticeship or professionalisation) are covered by the company and its OPCO.

The mandatory fee of €750 related to the apprenticeship contract is included in the tuition fees.
